Welcome to the Dartmoor Bookshop
We are a large shop, with around 30,000 books, based in Ashburton on the eastern edge of the Dartmoor country park in Devon. We have been established for over 40 years, and have built up a reputation based on cheap prices and lots of turnover.
We stock a wide range of subjects, everything from 30p romances to 17th century religious texts, and usually have at least a few titles on just about any and everything. We also keep a good selection of sheet music in stock.
Browsers are welcome, you can sit and read in most of our rooms, and there's a tea-shop next door!
